Press Release Body: Provo, UT, (September 26th, 2008) -- Alan Brymer, a full-time real estate investor and educator, has turned his personal challenges and setbacks in a declining market into the basis of a 200-page book. The book, titled “This Market Stinks: 12 Experts’ Strategies for Surviving & Thriving in a Slow Real Estate Market,” will be available to the public at no cost on November 11th.
The idea came to Alan after experiencing difficulty selling several of his own investment properties and facing the burden of making interest payments on several vacant houses for over 6 months. This Market Stinks will document his experiences and solutions, and include transcriptions of his interviews with 12 of the U.S.’s leading authorities on real estate for help.
“I had done really well for years using techniques that worked at the time,” said Alan. “I realized that not only would I benefit from learning what works best in today’s market, but so would other investors all over the country.”
In an effort to help struggling investors everywhere, 12 speakers and experts volunteered their time to contribute to the book at no charge. Those featured in the book include best-selling author Robert Shemin, Lou Brown, Donna Bauer, Terry Hale, Ken Wade, Pat Martin, Nathan Big, Scott Meyers, Todd Morgan, Paul Wells, Sam Bell, Alan Cowgill, and Mike Butler.
This Market Stinks will become available to the public on November 11th. Free copies may be pre-ordered in advance by going to www.StinkyMarketBook.com
